Er verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine ausgezeichnete spezifische Steifigkeit, spezifische Festigkeit, Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, Schlagfestigkeit und eine sehr geringe Wasseraufnahme und kann bei der Schall- und W\u00e4rmed\u00e4mmung eine Rolle spielen. Die Cinon-Serie verwendet das Wassersuspensions-Sch\u00e4umverfahren, wodurch die vernetzte Schaumstruktur vollst\u00e4ndig und die Sch\u00e4umung gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger wird. Das Verziehen der Originalplatte und die Besch\u00e4digung der inneren Struktur durch Hei\u00dfpressen und Nivellieren werden vollst\u00e4ndig vermieden. Gleichzeitig weist er eine gute Dimensionsstabilit\u00e4t und Verarbeitbarkeit auf, eignet sich f\u00fcr verschiedene Herstellungsverfahren von Sandwichstrukturen und ist mit verschiedenen Harzsystemen kompatibel.<\/p>\n<p>Es eignet sich hervorragend als Kernmaterial f\u00fcr leichte und hochfeste Verbund-Sandwichstrukturen. Die Verarbeitungstemperatur betr\u00e4gt -240 \u00b0C bis +120 \u00b0C, die Dauergebrauchstemperatur -240 \u00b0C bis +80 \u00b0C. Der Schaum ist feuchtigkeits- und schimmelresistent und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber gute flammhemmende Eigenschaften.
